We dispatch all orders using NZ Post.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery across New Zealand, and an extra 1 working day for Rural Delivery (RD).

Once your order has been processed for courier pick up & delivery, you’ll receive an automatic email with your track-and-trace link or information.

We’ve seen a big increase in screenshots & AI-generated designs coming through.

AI can create amazing concepts but most AI-generated images aren’t print-ready.

Cleaning up graphics, fixing imperfections, redrawing elements, or completely digitising a design to produce a high-quality print is often a very time-consuming process.

In the past, I haven’t always charged for this work. What often starts as “just a small tweak” can quickly turn into hours of editing, and by that stage I find it difficult to suddenly tell a customer there’s a $100 design fee.

I want you to receive the best possible print and have the best experience with AVP.

To make things fair for everyone moving forward, I’ll be discussing any artwork issues before we begin your order, along with any editing or design fees that may apply.

• Artwork Touch-Ups: $50.00
• Design Digitising/Redrawing: From $100.00 (may be more depending on the complexity of the artwork)

This applies to any artwork, not just AI designs. Please know that we always do our best to keep our products and services as affordable as possible while maintaining the quality we’re proud to put our name on.

If we create or digitise your artwork free of charge, it is because you have placed an order with us and we are happy to provide that service as part of doing business with you. This is a courtesy we extend to some customers and is considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the purpose of the order, the quantity, the overall value of the order, and the time involved.

Artwork that we create or digitise at no charge remains the property of Aloua Vision & Print. We are more than happy to retain your artwork on file and use it for any future orders you place with us.

If you would like to use that artwork outside of Aloua Vision & Print or have the digital files supplied for use elsewhere, a $100 artwork release fee will apply.

This fee reflects the time, experience, and skill invested in creating or preparing your artwork. We genuinely enjoy helping our customers and often absorb these costs to provide the best possible service. However, if the artwork is going to be used outside of our business, we believe it is fair that the work involved in creating it is appropriately compensated.
